Pre-Season Training: In Progress…

This is the beginning of official off-season conditioning and workouts. If you are looking to make the team you are expected to attend, especially if you are new to the sport. It goes without saying that if you are to make Varsity full participation is expected.

Remaining Days

• 1/14 and 1/16 weight room and track 7-9,
• 1/18 grass 9-11 AM
• 1/21 and 1/23 weight room and track 7-9,
• 1/25 grass 9-11 AM
• 1/28 and 1/30 weight room and track 7-9,
• 2/1 grass 9-11 AM
• 2/4 and 2/6 weight room and track 7-9
• 2/8 Stadium 11-2 assuming girls go in morning (tryouts season starts)

* During the break we may have a few optional clinics for shooting and defense where we spend whole time on one or the other.

Season Dates:

• Athletic Clearance Due: Before 2/1 *Required for tryouts
• First Practice/Try-outs: February 8th (Mandatory)
• Season Games: February 15th – May 2nd
• Championships: May 15th – 17th
